Session Fee- $100
The session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The retainer is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit the retainer. Photographs and other keepsakes are purchased seperately. In the event of poor weather, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled.
All Sessions Include:
- Up to 2 hours of photography at one location of your choice
- Any Combination of one immediate family per session
- Up to 2 clothing changes (3 clothing changes if only one subject)
- Online Gallery to present your images
- Choice of ordering process: Online, Email, Phone or In-Person
- Travel up to 20 miles (additional travel fees quoted upon request)
Online Gallery Policies:
- Gallery opens 7 days from the session date
- Gallery expires 7 days from opening
- $25 fee to republish
- After 60 days from the session date, only ordered images and images kept for portfolio use are achived for one year (other images purged)
- Because all prices are subject to change, prices at the time of ordering apply to all orders placed for archived images. Prices at the time of the session are honored for 60 days.
Payments and Delivery:
Payment is due upon ordering via cash, check or credit card. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders may be possible upon request. Please allow 6-8 weeks for Coffee Table Art Books as these are published by a printing press in the same manner as publishing a book. Please allow 4 weeks for jewelry and sterling silver gifts as many of these products are handmade.
