The entire session fee is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Photographs are purchased separately. In the event of poor weather, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled.
The session fee includes:
· Up to 2 hours of my full attention
· Unlimited poses
· Up to 2 clothing changes (3 clothing changes if only one subject)
· Guaranteed minimum of 20-30 proofs
· Your choice of location
· Online proofing gallery
Placing Orders:
· Online proofing gallery opens within 10 days of your session.
· Proofs remain online for 7 days. ($25 fee to upload gallery after expiration)
· Print & Referral Credits valid on orders placed within 7 days of the session date. Credits may only be applied to Collections and Prints. (Excludes Boutique items, Press-Printed items, and Gallery wraps)
· After 60 days from the session date, only ordered images and images kept for portfolio use are archived for one year (other images will be purged)
· Because all prices are subject to change, prices at the time of ordering apply to all orders placed for archived images. Prices at the time of the session are honored for 60 days.

*You can expect print delivery within 2-3 weeks of placing your order.
Copyright and Ownership:
All images are the property of Nydia Kehnle Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying images without permission is punishable by up to a $150,000 fine. It is against the law to copy, scan, download print, email, or reproduce these images in any way without written permission. This includes copying photos to use on personal networking sites (ie: FaceBook and MySpace). Nydia Kehnle Photography retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use. Nydia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without permission. Copyright violators will be prosecuted.
Model Release:
I hereby consent without further consideration, that all photographs taken from this session by Nydia Kehnle Photography may be used and reproduced in printed and online publications for the purpose of marketing, promotions, advertising, and competitions. In the case that the subject(s) is a minor(s), I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child(ren) in this session.
